    Thank you for viewing our beautiful BRAND NEW Hemicuda! This is an awesome example of the Mopar legacy that is Hemi. Named for their innovative hemispherical combustion chambers and famous for their ground pounding power, the Hemi struck fear into the hearts of GM and Ford executives who struggled to build a car that could compete. Considering the 426 was pushing out 425HP and 480LB feet of torque, it's easy to see why!
 
    Now that the Hemi legend has been reborn, these cars have become investment grade vehicles. Out of 1169 convertible Barracudas, only 9 cars with an automatic transmission and 426 Hemi were made. This reproduction is as close as you can get to owning one of those 9 cars.
 
    This beautiful Moulin Rouge convertible was nut and bolt restored to better than new condition about 10 years ago. With no expense spared, the car was completely disassembled, stripped to the bare metal, and restored completely. It was owned by a gentleman who also owned a Chrysler dealership, it has been babied and kept in flawless shape, driven less than 2000 miles since restoration.  It was since purchased by a Mopar enthusiast who did some cleaning up of the engine bay and undercarriage. Every detail of this car is correct, including date coded spark plug wires, vacuum hoses, spring ring clamps and even production stickers. The undercarriage has been undercoated rather than painted, so this car can be driven as well as admired.
 
    The 426 Hemi, built using a vintage block and heads, runs absolutely perfectly. This car needs absolutely nothing mechanically or cosmetically. The carburetors are the correct vintage Carter 2 barrels which is very rare for a reproduction car, as they are very hard to find.
 
    A new build tag was ordered that matches the car as you see it today. A single letter in the VIN number is the only thing that makes this car a clone.
