What you are viewing is a staple of American hot rodding-the T-Bucket!  Built on the chassis of the 1908-1927 Ford Model T, one of the most important cars in history, the T-Bucket was created by Norman Grabowski in the early 1950s and made popular in TV shows like 77 Sunset Strip and various hotrod films. T-Buckets bridge the gap between street rods and all out dragster rods by providing a light chassis with gobs of power while still being comfortable enough to cruise in.

This beautiful little roadster is a fine example of the T-Bucket legacy. Weighing in at only 1300 lbs the powerful 350 motor/350 transmission setup really gets this thing moving in a hurry!

Built locally with only 11,000 miles driven since, the car sits on a custom built frame topped with a beautiful candy apply red bucket kit. This bucket has been built completely from the ground up is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.

The motor is a Chevy 350 from a 76 El Camino with an upgraded Edelbrock 600 (we think!) carb. The motor starts up easily as can be seen in the video with no smoke, leaks or rattles and is extremely powerful. The transmission is a TH350. The rear end is posi, from a '75 Camaro, and is geared around 3.36. Brakes are Ford disc in front and drum in rear. . The drive shaft is custom made and is only 19" long. The rear end is reinforced by oversize U Joints. Wheels are staggered 15" Weld Ultralights. Gas is provided from a fuel cell rather than a tank. Radiator is brand new.

This is a street legal T-Bucket that is licensed as an antique. It has the necessary headlights, tail lights, brake lights and signals needed to pass inspection. The car also has a working gas gauge, speedometer and horn.

Interior wise the car is finished in beautiful white with a wood panel dash that keeps the traditional look but houses modern instrumentation.

As you can see from the photos, there is a very slight scuff in the paint on the rear of this car, other that that it is absolutely beautiful and needs nothing!

Thanks for your interest in this super cool little hot rod!
