This Cuda was actually just completed approximately two weeks ago. Our shop actually completed the car but the restoration began out South West. It is an all original sheet metal car that is absolutely stunning in person. The photos located below truly do not do the car any kind of justice. It is definitely something you would need to see in person in order to fully appreciate. When we obtained the car, the paint work had just been completed. It is of excellent quality and was done professionally. We have replaced the original drive train with a fully rebuilt 440 and a fully rebuilt 727. Everything mechanically as well as electronically have been replaced or refurbished and everything is in excellent working order. The original fender tag is also still located on the car and reads as follows:

Body: This awesome E body actually has spent the majority of its life garaged. We have had this car for a while and have finally completed it. The paint work on the car is the correct Hemi Orange and looks absolutely stunning. All of the sheet metal through out the car is original and is completely solid. The quarters, fenders, floor pans, frame rails, trunk, hood, roof, none of the sheet metal through out the car needed replaced. The bulge hood on this car is the only non-original sheet metal and it is completely solid. It does have hood pins which are brand new. All the glass through out the car is original and is in excellent condition. The trim through out the car is also all in place and in excellent condition. Both the front and back bumper are the original and are in good shape with only some minor scratches. The wheel and tire setup on this Cuda is a Torque Thrust II setup. With 20's in the back and 17's on the front. The tire setup on the rear are 255/35/55's and on the front 245/40/17's. Both the wheels and tires are brand new and have less than twenty miles on them. The 440 Hockey Stripe on this Cuda is also, not a decal. It is actually painted and is of excellent quality.

Interior: The interior has also been completely redone. The headliner, door panels, the buckets, back seat, and carpet are all refurbished and in excellent condition. The center console was also refurbished some time ago and is in great shape. The dash was also refurbished and is in excellent condition. All of the electrical components are in excellent working order (dash lights, turn signals, wipers, emergency flashers, the door alarm, brake lights, headlights). The only thing that was not working the day that I took these photos was the dome light which was missing the bulb. It has now been installed and is in excellent working order. We also have a factory correct 70 steering wheel for the car so if you are interested in having that swapped, that is not a problem.

Engine: The engine in this awesome Cuda is a fresh 440. It has been gone through (new timing chain, new cam, new lifters, new bearings, new gaskets, seals, etc.) and is in excellent working order. It does not smoke, leak, or burn an excess amount of fluids. We estimate it at about 350-375 HP as we have built quite a few 440's in our time. The 727 transmission has also been rebuilt and is in excellent working order. It shifts out smoothly with zero problems. Both the motor and transmission have less than twenty miles on them since installation. The only miles that have been put on the car since its completion were due to us testing and tuning everything. The four barrel Carter carburetor has also been rebuilt and is in excellent condition. The power steering setup is also rebuilt and is in excellent condition. It does not leak or make any kind of odd noises. The car has drum brakes all the way around which work perfectly. The car does not pull or make any odd noises when braking. The rear end on this Cuda is a 8 3/4 Posi that is also in excellent working order. The exhaust setup is also brand new and is a dual 2 1/2 inch setup that really compliments the motor nicely. You can just feel the vibration in your legs when you are standing next to it. It really makes the car sound tremendous.

     This truly is one of the nicest Cuda's that we have taken part in and is absolutely stunning in person. It is probably the last of the great buys as the E bodies are finally starting to climb back up. So definitely give me a call if you are looking for an awesome Cuda that you can enjoy and get in to safely.
